Recibí esta joya heredada de Tíame (se llamaba América, vivió hasta 2012, con 94 años), una de mis tías abuelas; era parte de su maravillosa biblioteca.
Comparto hoy con ustedes párrafos de uno de los textos, titulado: "De las relaciones entre los sexos".
"(...) La importancia falsa y exagerada que damos al amor y a los estados psicológicos que lo acompañan -que idealizamos-, hace que las mujeres y los hombres le consagren lo mejor de su energía durante el mayor período de su vida y el más lleno de promesas, de manera que pronto se hallan agotados, incapaces de acción y de todo otro sentimiento." "(...) un cristiano no deseará jamás el matrimonio, y lo evitará siempre". "(...) cuando ya está casado o libremente unido a una mujer, debe permanecer con su mujer (y la mujer con su esposo, si es cristiana) y deben ambos dirigir sus esfuerzos hacia la castidad, sustituyendo las relaciones carnales con otras fraternales del todo. Tal es el punto de vista verdaderamente cristiano del matrimonio; (...)"

I got this jewel from my great aunt Tíame (her name was América, she died in 2012, with 94 years), it was part of her great library. I share with you today some paragraphs of one of the texts, "About the relationships between sexes". 
"(...) the false and exaggerated importance we give love and psycological conditions that come with it- which we idealize-, make women and men give the best of their energy during the largest period of life and the most full of promises, so that soon they find themselves exhausted, enable of any action and of any other feeling". "(...) a christian won´t ever wish mariage, and will avoid it always". "(...) when he´s already married or freely united to a woman, he must stay with her (as well as she must stay with him if she is a christian) and both of them must aim their efforts towards chastity, replacing flesh relationships with fraternal ones. That´s the real chistian point of view about mariage".
